      Decent benefits, pension, location, steps taken towards mental health.

      Inconvénients

      No career development, low salaries, doesn't feel like the management care about their creative department, doesn't feel like you can talk to management/HR about changing things.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding

      Large corporate ownership makes you feel like a number. No raises.
