      Avantages

      The small, intimate atmosphere is great for building teams. The job has perks like a super laid back dress code and beer Friday for example.

      Inconvénients

      Management is only interested in profit margin. People are interchangable cogs. "Burn 'em and turn 'em" mentality.

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
