      There are some pockets of innovation in RAPP's other North American locations.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership team needs to hone their basic operational management skills, their knowledge of what's happening elsewhere in their industry and their approach to people development. Clients have left RAPP in droves the past six months.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
