      Great environment Smart people across all different disciplines Great work-life balance Reasonable Pay

      Inconvénients

      Up-heavy organization structure: no mid managers so if you are looking for guidance, might as well forget about it Super hierarchy: Only if you get a S or C front of your job title, do you get opportunities to talk to the client. Too many talkers. Too few doers.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
