      Good culture, interesting work in general. Lots of freedom to pick your own projects and team mates.

      Inconvénients

      It can be hard to find projects, and there is no mechanism for performance reviews and raises for part-time the way it's done automatically for full-time.

      Really flexible hours, amazing project team members, engaging projects.

      Inconvénients

      You will need to network and find your own projects, sometimes finding ~3-5 projects at one time to ensure full utilization.
