      Avantages

      Lots of interesting work, great people and good benefits. We are having a record sales year, with lots of growth and opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Very busy at times due to ebb and flow of orders. Can be challenging to handle spikes in demand.

      Avantages

      Great work environment where managers support their team members and teams from across the group are generally helpful and supportive of one another. Good salary and benefits and perfect work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Politics among managers impedes progress sometimes, slow to adapt in some areas and it takes a lot of work to pull some aspects of the company's efforts up to current standards. Not a lot of growth opportunities.
