Avantages

The company fosters a team-oriented environment where leadership is attentive to employees. With strong corporate support and opportunities for growth, it’s a professional and collaborative workplace.

Inconvénients

The role can be fast-paced, with high expectations from residents, clients, and corporate, which can be challenging to balance at times, but doable with the support received.

Avantages

small company allows for individual visiblity across departments, however this means that in a lot of cases the people promoted from within into leadership don't have the experience needed to lead teams in an appropriate way. The Job is actually very easy! It's dealing with the supervisor's manipulation and smear campaigns that is intolerable.

Inconvénients

During my tenure, I observed a culture where some employees felt uncomfortable raising concerns through HR. My supervisor specifically told me that employees who went to HR were often not considered for promotions. I also witnessed people being used to get back at employees on site that my boss didn't have good history with. He was very vocal about it. Whether intended or not, statements like this can create a perception that raising concerns may negatively impact career advancement and discourage employees from speaking up. After leaving the company, I became aware that my former supervisor had communicated with leadership at my new employer regarding my performance at RADCO. This raised concerns for me about professional boundaries and reinforced my decision that leaving was the right choice. While others may have different experiences, I found the environment challenging and would encourage leadership to focus on employee trust, conflict resolution, and creating a workplace where concerns can be raised without fear of negative consequences.
