      9-5 Monday friday high basic decent comms (finally) - achievable

      Inconvénients

      Micromanaged Took the directors 12 months to arrange a pay agreement (while pushing it back consistently) Promised us 40% commission got 30% Seems like merging us into 1 department- cs/sales/admin No room for progression- if you are friends or in a relationship with seniors then you might get promoted
