The focus on apprenticeships and long term talent development is real, not just a tick box exercise, and seeing apprentices grow from day one to fully qualified RAC patrols and SMR techs is incredibly fulfilling.
Inconvénients
Like any fast paced operational business, priorities can shift quickly and you need to be adaptable. At times, there’s a lot to juggle, but it’s rewarding work.
