I began my career working part-time, handling inbound calls in the breakdown contact centre. From there, the development opportunities and the company’s commitment to internal growth enabled me to build a varied and fulfilling career. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work across training, supervisory roles, Senior Management, Outsource Partnerships, Transformation initiatives — and everything in between.
