      Lots of opportunity for intelligent people to accept a lot of responsibility quickly. Learned a ton about revenue cycle and got some excellent leadership projects.

      Inconvénients

      Hard work with lots of politics and leadership does not appreciate/reward the employee for their work

      Amazing work life balance and flexible hours with many projects to learn from

      Inconvénients

      No promotions, and the yearly pay increase is basically the inflation rate

      Nice coworkers and good entry level for hospitals

      Inconvénients

      terrible PTO, had issues with management when taking disability leave!!!!
