      Avantages

      The environment is great, people are friendly, good transport facility for all and good food for all, managers are supportive,work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      salary is well below the industry standard, less growth oppurtunities, incentives are close to almost nothing, not much learning and the work too is not very monotonous.

      Avantages

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Inconvénients

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
