Avantages
I was fairly cautious about recruitment agencies in general and did not rush to join any other organisation. Still, I was impressed right away. This is a company that treats everyone fairly, maintains open communication, and genuinely invests in its employees. Additionally, there are a lot of inbound vacancies and a very solid customer base. It doesn't seem like I'm facing the wall since I have an excellent team that supports me and I have clear objectives and targets. The team doesn't have the usual recruitment ego because everyone is cooperative and down-to-earth, truly tries to help you achieve your targets. This is a business that will be cautious about expenses but will make sure your job is stable and secure. However, the incentives are great too!
