Great culture and a fast paced work environment.

Appearance is a little dated.

There is a good core group of people here, they are knowledgeable and will assist as needed.

Middle management team is stuck in 1950; with the "if you don't like it, there's the door" mentality. Very little input is accepted from front line workers if it doesn't help to secure a higher rung on the ladder. There is much brown-nosing and questions are not allowed.
