You should followup with HR after that they will provide you letters. 14. If you left the company, then they will deduct the recruitment expenses. They have mention this into offer letter as well. They will charge 50,000. You must pay this amount, after that they will provide you letters. 15. NO HR interaction. No any culture activity 16. No any team outing, team lunch etc activity. 17. Most of the people left company with in 6 months. 18. Sandwich leave concept here. If you are leave on Friday and Monday then will deduct 4 leaves. 19. They will don't disclose the project or about client rounds. After joining, you should clear client rounds as well. If your client round is not clear then you job in danger zone.
