Avantages

- Opportunity to learn various working process and tools. - Good location

Inconvénients

- Too many overtimes. There wee too many tasks assigned to ONE PERSON, me... I had managed too many orders alone and even quotations for similar numbers for 2 more years. The only reason I could stay there was 'responsibility' that I didn't want to let team or company, even customers let down. I've heard that the subsidiary I was in try to fix this issue, but I don't believe it can be fixed in the short term. Even worse is a person, who had yelled, screamed to employees at the office. That was one of insulting moments in my whole life. In the end, I had tried to catch that person's mood all day long during working so that he/she could spend a day with no yelling a the office. the whole office already knew this thing, but nobody tried to figure out this matter and air this dirty laundry in public, but only hiding.

Avantages

Good visualization of global organization. Good visualization of long term success. Work/life balance is pretty good. Stability during Covid-19 Pandemic.

Inconvénients

Sometimes management makes wrong decisions even after input from employees telling them it will not work.
