Avantages
There are a lot of passionate folks trying really hard to make customers very happy. We truly care. QVC has great product. The organization as a whole is set-up to really have a great future by going to a global structure. The CEO is fantastic - I get energized every time I hear him. I feel good about the work I do.
Inconvénients
Priorities changes very quickly. I was working on a project that was a top priority from SMT .Then, without noticed, we were not. I've had 9 different bosses in 9 years. The organization changes structures every other year. Now, it's so big, accountabilities are very difficult to know who is making a final decision. So many broken processes. So many people are not happy. QVC is VERY Silo in thinking. If you come to work here, get ready to play a good political game. I feel like the the off-air drama should be on the TV.
