      Avantages

      Good work/life balance. Great vacation and PTO. Can wear jeans to work. Pretty building if you work at the Studio Park location.

      Inconvénients

      Demoralizing working for a company that just sells overpriced products to old women on TV. Salary is very bad and didn't get any bonuses or equity. Bar for entry is low. They hire contractors to come in and do all the new development while employees are stuck maintaining bad code. You have to rotate on-call with your team 24/7 (be prepared to get called in the middle of the night). Philly suburbs are a boring place to live, but maybe a pro if you're an older family man.

      Avantages

      Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
