      Avantages

      Useless company & management . Suggestion as a friend.

      Inconvénients

      we had worked on client place (PUNE) , too much of pressure on employee. No understanding over the project from manager to Level 1 employee. If questions raised manager will ask manage the things. I had done mistake to join in this company. Guys dont do that mistake for ur sake.

      Avantages

      * Very flexible working hours... * Good work culture and helping/guiding heads * Irrespective of experience level anyone can suggest or discuss any new idea.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing as such as of now....We can not move out of Pyro once we get used to working culture.
