      Avantages

      You get to work with mentally ill clients whi really need your help.

      Inconvénients

      No support from management. Some of the owners are disrespectful and only care about making money. This is not a place where you can grow professionally.

      Unfortunately for some people nothing is good enough. We take great pride in our staff and making sure that they are appropriately compensated, and given benefits to meet their needs. Our generous 5% match to the 401 K help our staff plan for the future and generally there is annual profit sharing and bonus. But even with all that, still we find that "the bad apple" that no matter what you do they will never be happy. They are always looking for the greener grass on the other side of the street.

      Avantages

      The schedule was predictable, and the work itself was straightforward.

      Inconvénients

      Policies shifted depending on who was watching, creating an atmosphere where fairness felt optional. Expectations were enforced selectively, which bred frustration and resentment. Feedback was vague and often delivered only when something went wrong. Over time, it became exhausting to navigate an environment where consistency simply did not exist.
