Independence depending on managers in region

Inconvénients

Lack of integrity as a company and management i.e. stated bonus program then when asked about it tried to brush it off because company spent to $$$ bldg new warehouses Dictate when can take PTO only in weeks not days or your discretion even though you earned it Management does not know there own company benefits and when they kick in Pay is low based on amount of hours to do job not in line with industry Company already filed twice for bankruptcy Change in structure and did not tell anyone just let people go No leadership or firm direction Disregard for safety...initial assigned route would cover 500-600 miles then went to 1600+ plus weekly District managers do not want to be bothered or look bad Scheduling of warehouse deliveries...no help and still required to schedule, receive, and run route Reactive vs. proactive Lack of product availability always short product so not able to service customers and loss of sales WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The hours are good for families

Inconvénients

low pay, favoritism to certain ethnicities, major discrimination going on, lack of support from management. certain people can do and say whatever they want and nothing happens then others get in trouble for everything and get blamed for what other people (the favorites) do.
