Avantages

ProSync is employee owned which means at the end of the year, as long as everyone is doing their job well, there is a little extra waiting in your 401k. The company has a very nice benefit package as well, with a nearly free HMO option. The leave is on par with the rest of the contractors out there. The company added a fully vested Safe Harbor plan which puts money in your 401k whether or not you decide to contribute on your own. ProSync has quarterly all hands meetings, as well as random events throughout the year to try and get everyone together to interface.

Inconvénients

It's a small company so there are always nerves about what the future holds, but they seem intent on continuing to find more work to grow the company.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by and review your company. We've worked hard to ensure that you have more than competitive benefits when you compare us among other companies. We are proud of what we offer, accompanied with some other fringe benefits throughout the year. We did change our 401k to the Safe Harbor and the contribution is every quarter, no more waiting. At this time, we do have one contribution to make from the last plan that is "hung up" with the finalization of audits. This is a reason we changed it, get the money to you sooner! Yes, we are a small company with over 18 years of existence in our space, with seasoned and experienced leadership. The market is tough, and we continue to win work with a solid outlook for our future. So, keep rolling with the punches with us and know we're here for a brighter and more promising future!

Avantages

- The company works hard to take care of employees, and genuinely treats employees like family. - Management would routinely touch base with on-site contractors, and help with your career path. - Company put a lot of effort into fun activities outside of work, this was a nice way to keep in touch with colleagues that work on different contracts etc. - Flexible benefits to continue education / training. - A focus on work life balance, with generous PTO was great. - The company made financial sacrifices during government shutdowns, temporary contract funding disruptions, etc. to help employees. I look back at my time with Prosync as a overwhelmingly positive experience. I made life long friends, and was provided great opportunities for personal and career growth. If you are searching for a job in the contracting world, I'd highly recommend adding Prosync to your list of companies to consider. Leaving one of the "big" contracting companies to join the Prosync family was definitely the right career choice for me.

Inconvénients

- Lack of remote work opportunities (this may have changed in the last few years?) - Overall compensation package was less competitive than some companies in the space. (Although personally I found the balance of company size / stability a fair trade-off).

Avantages

There are still employees who work hard and try to support one another. The on-site program manager has been a stabilizing presence and helps keep day-to-day operations moving despite broader challenges.

Inconvénients

Since the merger, several senior leaders have left, creating instability and unclear direction. Leadership styles are inconsistent—some appear disengaged and disconnected from employees, while others rely on overly forceful or inappropriate approaches that undermine professionalism. These dynamics have contributed to declining morale and a lack of confidence in leadership. Operational issues, including late payroll, have added to employee frustration. Many employees are questioning whether to stay.
