      Avantages

      - Limited remote work -Co-Workers are great - Quarterly events - Weekly Wednesday Treats - Good physical location

      Inconvénients

      - Poor upper management - Poor communication - Women tend to be disregarded and held in lower support positions. - No processes are clear - Lack of transparency - Extremely high healthcare costs - Pay raises and bonuses are only given to sales departments - Work environment is toxic and blamed on being a growing company

      Avantages

      Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

      Inconvénients

      Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.

      Pros? That would be challenging to find.

      Inconvénients

      Inconsistent messaging about goals and bad communication in general. Job duties and requirements veered wildly off course from what was promised.
