I have been with Prometheus for five years, and I can honestly say it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most genuine, supportive, and knowledgeable professionals in the industry. Great company to work for! An excellent workplace culture and cohesive standards for their employees across the board. Awesome branding, and it felt like a company I wanted to be a part of. Commission structure is excellent, too, and better than the industry average.

They don't handle problem employees very well. The housing discount isn't enough to make it worth living on site (Only 20%. Most other property management offer from 30% to 50% off of rent). Base pay is abysmal. Lower level employee get frequently taken advantage of and are expected to take on way more than their pay deserves. Regional and middle management are very out of touch with their operation. There aren't many promotional opportunities, either.
