      Initially, you'll feel like an honored and respected member of the team. Lots of autonomy due to lack of seasoned management.

      Inconvénients

      CEO makes emotional decisions without abiding staff advice. Company treats employees like cogs, you are completely disposable and almost 100% of employees leave within 4 years.

      Avantages

      Most of the people at Promet are incredibly hard workers. They truly care about their work and their customers and will go above and beyond to get their jobs done. Most people at the company genuinely like each other and want you to succeed.

      Inconvénients

      High turnover in several departments, many people are severely overworked. Management generally does not respect employees’ boundaries.
