      Avantages

      -The students are amazing!!! -Getting to see your impact on a daily basis at a TRULY mission-driven organization -Lots of opportunities to take ownership of different projects & getting to lead early in my career -Really great unadvertised benefits

      Inconvénients

      As with any nonprofit working with this population, it can feel like your work is very high stakes, but that also makes a successful day so much more empowering and exciting.

      -good community -staff is responsive

      Inconvénients

      -not a lot of mentoring, you are not taught how to do tasks before you are asked to do them.
