Avantages

For the most part I had a great time working here. Started in Customer Service and worked my way up. I dedicated multiple years to this company. The first few years it really felt like I was cared for by management and they wanted to see me grow and excel. There are still some good people with the original core values, I just didn't work for those ones anymore.

Inconvénients

The teams change around a lot. They are constantly changing titles to "better" fit what the employees are doing. The new higher ups I had cared less about the people and more about the output. We used to do interviews as a team to make sure they would fit culturally, but that stopped happening. It became a negative place. If you move up within positions you will, most likely, always be under paid. The only way to get a decent raise is to leave and go work somewhere else because they have a rule of only paying a 10% increase. If you have an awesome boss that will fight for more for you, that's awesome, I unfortunately didn't have that and was disgustingly under paid.

Avantages

The leadership team sets a clear vision and communicates it with transparency and confidence. They don’t just manage—they inspire, creating an environment where people feel trusted and empowered. Innovation is encouraged at every level. New ideas are welcomed, tested, and often implemented, which makes the workplace feel dynamic and future‑focused. There’s a strong emphasis on professional growth. Leaders actively encourage employees to stretch beyond their comfort zones, offering guidance and support along the way. Collaboration is valued, and cross‑functional teams are given the space to experiment and succeed together.

Inconvénients

As with any fast‑moving, innovative environment, priorities can shift quickly. It requires adaptability, but the upside is constant learning
