      They accept fresh graduates so it is good for gaining experience

      Inconvénients

      Very low compensation Toxic workmates One of the team leader is very toxic and acts childish They will get mad at you if you did not render overtime even if you finished your job, they will want you to help in other work just so you can render overtime They will give you additional work load not included in your contract and they will get mad if you did not do it first

      Avantages

      Working at ProSync provided a positive and supportive work environment with a great team culture. The company offered good opportunities to learn, grow, and develop new skills. The management was approachable, and the work-life balance was reasonable, making it a comfortable place to work.

      Inconvénients

      While the work environment was positive, the compensation and benefits were not very competitive. Salary growth and financial incentives were limited, which made long-term career sustainability challenging. Additionally, opportunities for advancement were somewhat restricted, making it difficult to progress within the company.
