      Non CEO co-founder was fair and honest, cared about his employees.

      Inconvénients

      CEO/Founder was immature, prone to tantrums, and gave no clear direction for the company

      Avantages

      The people that worked here were very nice. The founders had integrity. It's unfortunate the product just wasn't there.

      Inconvénients

      It's tough to be motivated when you don't believe in the product. Company is no longer in business, so it's a moot point.
