Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with and for several different types of people and companies. I have NEVER worked with leadership or a company that is as inclusive, collaborates with and treats their people the way PPS does! The management truly values input and what each and every person brings to the table and contributes to the overall success of the company and each and every individual in the company. We are all part of the family! If you’re looking for a company that values and respects progressive ideas, individuals, team, growth and finding a solution to make it happen for the customer and the company family. Look no further. This is the place! I love the can-do attitude, the moral around the shop and the family vibe of PPS. I look forward to seeing the family everyday I’m at work:)
Inconvénients
Honestly, I can’t really think of a reason not be part of the PPS family. While nothing is perfect, they strive for perfection at every opportunity.
