Avantages
Pay is ABOVE area median per position. Time off is approved WITHOUT question. Good team atmosphere. Ability to work just 40 hrs or OT if you want to do more. Owners/Mgmt give PAID employee recognition parties (all employee function AND family) and make or supply Breakfast EVERY morning for all employees. Out of the box thinking encouraged and lateral position movement within company is accepted.
Inconvénients
Some co-workers are not happy with ANYTHING and quit, then give BAD reviews that are only 1/2 truth or not at all. (even though there is a check box at bottom of this page stating such). Some Breakfast involves avocado...definitely a con. Company is constantly expanding and gets a little confusing with current projects sometimes.
