Avantages

I joined their sales team with no experience, not even knowledge about the energy industry! I Received all the training i needed in order to now be one of their top sales reps in Chicago. Most companies just tell you there is growth opportunity and there's really not... Not the case at PowerOne. I was recognized for my hard work and dedication and was able to be my own boss yet alone manage a great sales team! After proving myself at the office, i was able to be an outside sales rep starting in my own neighborhood and within my first year I earned 65k.

Avantages

This company is a great stepping stone if you would like to get into sales. The training program and the work that your boss puts into you is great. If they hire you then they will work with you. This is a newer company that is fighting hard to make it to the top of the energy industry so they put the time and effort in to make you succeed! AND i used to work at another energy company that paid me a % on my deals but would not show me how much the company made on the deal so you never knew if you were getting the right commission, PowerOne actually shows you what they make!
