      Avantages

      Flexible schedule, work from home, in the field and in office. Constantly changing technology and opportunities to learn. Company pays for certifications but training is up to the employee. ESOP company with offices in multiple major cities. Opportunities for advancement with small company feel but large company projects.

      Inconvénients

      Sink or swim, actively working/training program which can be seen as a pro for those looking to be challenged but can be a major con if looking to be thoroughly trained before jumping into the work

      Avantages

      Postec was a great company to work for. Decent benefits. A easy going flexible schedule was the biggest pro. Co-workers were awesome guys to work around, most were there 10+ years and I gained a lot of experience in the Point of Sale world over the years working with them. Good place to work especially if you're looking into entering the retail or hospitality POS field as entry level.

      Inconvénients

      Although the schedule was flexible. The pay could have been better. There was a ceiling with the growth of where you can go within the company. It can get boring and I became unmotivated at times.
