      Avantages

      I had a pleasure of working with Polar Racking in 2025 and I was very impressed by the knowledge, effort and dedication of the managers and leaders from all departments. CEO is very friendly and is really part of the business. Managers and HR are very approachable and resourceful. It was a great experience.

      I enjoyed my work very much.

      Avantages

      L'entreprise est adaptée aux nouveaux arrivants. Prenez de l'expérience et partez. Elle n'est pas destinée aux professionnels expérimentés.

      Inconvénients

      Salaire très bas. Le vice-président de SCM est un Indien de Physco, avec une culture de travail à l'indienne. À cause du rôle d'un seul homme (VP SCM). Aucun respect pour les professionnels expérimentés.
