Avantages
Pointsmith was an overall great company to work for. I worked in the Creative department as a designer and honestly I learned so much in my time with Pointsmith. My managers and directors were smart, creative, and easy to work with. If I ever needed help, anyone would be more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. The environment was laid back yet extremely productive and creative. I was never bored, as the workload was always set at a good pace. Also, benefits were great and the management was always understanding about taking time off. Pointsmith is a super successful and outstanding company, I would recommend it to anyone.
Inconvénients
Pretty much the only reason I left Pointsmith was because it wasn't the type of Graphic Design I wanted to be doing. It was also almost an hour commute. It didn't have to do with the people and/or the company.
