You'll be expected to work even when you are sick and exhausted, like a labour mule - Leave policy sucks. If there is a holiday on a weekday, then it will be compensated with a full working day on Saturday - all in all the company is run by a bunch of amateurs who run around like chickens in the dark, not knowing how to do their jobs
