      Avantages

      Young team. Nice offices. Good pay. Good lunch, fruit, drinks, cake. Open atmosphere where everybody gets heard. Options to work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Work hours are 9-17 so not a lot of day left after work.

      Avantages

      Really nice colleagues who are mostly interested in making things work.

      Inconvénients

      Middle managers were clearly not capable at leading, but were great at micromanaging (don't ask questions, just do as I tell you). Actively discouraged from sharing ideas for improvements to efficiency and quality (don't seem negative). Actively discouraged from cross-department collaboration (don't waste their time, they're more valuable than your ideas).
