      Avantages

      There were absolutely zero pros other than it was a job.

      Inconvénients

      The main office is in Tel Aviv and the manager/owner is never there to assist. Pretty toxic culture and values. Within 1 year, they went through 6 office staff (normal ratio is 2) who came and left pretty quickly.

      Was able to talk and help our buyers Staff was nice. Close to home.

      Inconvénients

      Would get calls in the morning asking if I could work. Would like notice before
