I would like to address a couple of things you pointed out. PlanSource is a high-growth company and with high-growth comes high expectations; that culture is not for everyone. I am proud of the culture we have built and continue to foster for our team members. We do have certain expectations for employees that start at a higher level within the company, but we are always open and honest about those expectations up front.
