      Technology is great, lots of people there who want to succeed and serve the customers.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership paranoid, makes poor choices in laying off good individuals, many do not understand employee benefits and underestimate the complexity and needs of the customer.

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Inconvénients

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

      Inconvénients

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
