      Avantages

      Management is good, hands off enough when they need to be. A pretty young average staff age. Alot of high school and college kids. Very flexible with shifts

      Inconvénients

      Customers have very little understanding of how buffets actually operate, and are usually very rude. 75% of the buffet crowd before 7PM is over 65, so tips are minimal

      Avantages

      The owner is a great guy and I always felt supported working alongside him Great hours for a highschool and college student Coworkers were mainly great

      Inconvénients

      Had to pay $4 to eat buffet on break Fast paced and expected to keep up
