bureaucracy galore unfair contracting practices poor management oversight lazy employees are untouchable temps get the crap I contracted at Pfizer headquarters in an interim project coordinator role. I had one boss who fortunately gave me leeway but I had to work my butt off to prove myself. Icing on the cake was I found a lateral position to the one I worked and that contractor billing rate was 50% higher than my agency's rate (and from that I got a mere pittence). You can bust your a** trying to get somewhere in this company but things will never change. If you're a contractor, get while any gettin' is good and keep your eyes peeled for greener pastures.
