      The program demanded a high level of commitment. On top of existing work responsibilities, it often stretched capacity and tested time management. Overall, it was enriching.

      Avantages

      I started with the company as a Supervisor and have grown into a Senior Manager, which reflects the strong career growth opportunities here. I have been fortunate to work with direct and dotted-line managers who consistently guide, support, and challenge me to reach my full potential. They trust me to deliver results, and that trust motivates me to perform at my best. At the same time, they are not afraid to correct me when needed and help me stay on the right path with professionalism and fairness. The company owner is also very generous and genuinely caring toward employees, which makes the workplace feel more personal and supportive.

      Inconvénients

      Some departments still work in silos, and cross-functional processes are not yet fully structured. The one-work-from-home day arrangement and compressed working hours can also be challenging at times,
