      Avantages

      Great experience working internationally and given large amount of responsibility.

      Inconvénients

      The international brand ambassador program is poorly run, sending young professionals across the world without vetting the teams or processes. There was a significant lack of duty of care taken with many ambassadors landing in tricky situations.

      - the nature of the industry makes it difficult to have a complete set of data/insights. Need to work with missing pieces of the puzzle sometimes.
