      Avantages

      - Great people oriented culture - friendly/casual ways of working (in most offices) and approachable top management - fantastic portfolio

      Inconvénients

      - overall risk adverse and lacking agility (like most global FMCG companies to be fair) - multiple layers of management and legacy hierarchical and patriarchal environment - used to be known for its “family” business feel but the culture established by the original founder has disappeared over decades/ generations of leaders. This is now a proper public listed company culture: more formal, more KPI led, etc

      - great people - inclusive friendly culture - flexible work environment

      Inconvénients

      - the nature of the industry makes it difficult to have a complete set of data/insights. Need to work with missing pieces of the puzzle sometimes.
