Avantages
They have recently been purchased by Providence and therefore will give you an inside route to working with Providence or Providence owned companies, They are a total work at home company. Many of the staff are very friendly
Inconvénients
There is no room for advancement, and those that do advance are from the "good old days", so many of management have been promoted not for their ability but because they know the executives. Their training department is a joke, they are not trainers but more along the lines of data keepers. The trainers are not educated enough to actually train anyone in any of the positions at the company you are trained by your leadership team members. They tend to micromanage.
