      Avantages

      The pay was good for minimum requirements and the stress level was low compared to other positions.

      Inconvénients

      The people and managers are hypocrites. It felt as if everyone is for themselves, no team value.

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Not many that I know of. Great job overall

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Inconvénients

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
