      PFG is a big company with great locations. Offers benefits and 401K

      Inconvénients

      miami branch is a shuffle of incompetence. Boys club runs the promotions , perks, and pays below average within the industry. This location needs an unbiased overhaul. HR is a joke.

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Inconvénients

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
