Avantages
-> You get to show your nears and dears that you are hustling ( Fake ) -> Salary on time but a session before that by the Founder reminding you how they own you because they pay you peanuts for 15 hours in office.
Inconvénients
-> Fake Hustle culture: Staying n a flat just to show that you are doing something. -> Toxic environment where everyone is just twisting things to save their job. -> If Founder need to prove their point which is wrong also they will argue with you for 5-6 hours. -> " This is not a job for 9-5 seekers "-> Misguided saying used to kill productivity. -> Criteria for salary increase is how well you are pleasing the founders with your words. List goes on but we can say an early stage startup hope they learn.
