Inconvénients

I'm disappointed to say that my experience at Pattern has been overwhelmingly negative. The company culture is dominated by a small group of narcissistic leaders who prioritize their own egos over the well-being of employees. The CEO, CFO and CTO, in particular, exhibit a complete disregard for women in the workplace, creating a hostile and unwelcoming environment. The leadership team is overwhelmingly white and male, with women relegated to roles of little authority. This lack of diversity and inclusion is a major issue that needs to be addressed. If you're considering a job at Pattern, I strongly advise you to think twice. The toxic work environment and lack of opportunities for women make it a place to avoid.

- Work life balance encouragement. - Phenomenal team members, always have had helpful and impactful teammates that I can rely on. - Transparency from executive leadership for the general employee-body. - HR department provides ample opportunities to bond with teammates outside of work-related projects, as well as meet and interact with people across the company in fun ways.

Inconvénients

- Lack of remote possibility makes housing options a little more difficult.

Pattern is truly an exceptional place to work! Everyone is supportive, positive, and consistently willing to go above and beyond to help the team succeed. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported, and even two years later, I still genuinely appreciate the atmosphere and the people who make the company better every day. It’s inspiring to be part of a company where collaboration, encouragement, and shared goals are such a natural part of the culture. The energy, dedication, and willingness of people to help one another create an environment where you feel motivated, valued, and excited to contribute.

Inconvénients

The company is experiencing rapid growth, which is energizing and naturally brings organizational and structural changes. While it can sometimes be challenging to keep up, those changes ultimately lead to greater clarity and stronger structure.
